📋 Description
• Lead, manage, and mentor the Talent Acquisition team to achieve hiring targets • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies for GCC markets • Manage full-cycle recruitment for mid to senior-level roles • Monitor team performance, KPIs, and ensure consistent delivery • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning • Improve recruitment processes, tools, and candidate experience • Ensure high-quality candidate pipelines and timely hiring • Prepare reports and analytics on recruitment performance
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience as a TA Team Lead / Senior Recruiter • Strong experience in GCC market is a MUST • Excellent command of English ( C1 – C2 level ) • Strong leadership and team management skills • Experience in high-volume and/or specialized hiring • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
