• プリセールスでの課題特定から、業務設計・ソリューション設計・実装・デリバリーまで、一貫して成功に責任を持つ • 多様なエンタープライズの業務にお客様と直接連携しながら深く入り込み、業務ドメインの迅速なキャッチアップを実施する • 優れたチームプレイヤーとして、提供するソリューションを通じてお客様の成長に貢献する • 直面したお客様の様々な問題に対する解決策を再利用可能な形で抽象化し、Tailor Platformの進化に貢献する
🎯 Requirements
• 財務会計ドメインに関連する、2年以上の開発経験 • 上記ドメインでの技術的な意思決定の経験 • エンジニアとしての説明責任を負い、プロダクト開発におけるE2Eのデリバリーを推進した経験（目安として、5年以上の実務経験もしくはそれに準ずる経験） • 日本語（ネイティブレベル）での技術コミュニケーション能力 • 原則出社にてオフィス勤務できる方
