• プリセールスでの課題特定から、業務設計・ソリューション設計・実装・デリバリーまで、「ここからは別の担当」という継ぎ目を作らず、一貫して成功に責任を持つ • 多様なエンタープライズの業務にお客様と直接連携しながら深く入り込み、業務ドメインの迅速なキャッチアップを実施する • 優れたチームプレイヤーとして、提供するソリューションを通じてお客様の成長に貢献する • 直面したお客様の様々な問題に対する解決策を再利用可能な形で抽象化し、Tailor Platformの進化に貢献する
🎯 Requirements
• エンジニアとしての説明責任を負い、プロダクト開発におけるE2Eのデリバリーを推進した経験（目安として、5年以上の実務経験もしくはそれに準ずる経験） • ソリューション / アーキテクチャの技術的意思決定を主導した経験。その判断の根拠を、顧客にも社内にも説明できること（現時点での顧客折衝の経験は不問） • 不確実な状況のなかで、解の方向を定めてプロジェクトを前進させた経験 • 日本語（ネイティブレベル）での技術コミュニケーション能力 • 原則出社にてオフィス勤務できる方
