📋 Description

• Concevoir et mettre en œuvre des solutions complètes et adaptées aux besoins des clients sur Dynamics 365CRM • Superviser une équipe de consultants techniques : planification des tâches, accompagnement technique, suivi de l’avancement • Participer aux études de faisabilité, à l’analyse fonctionnelle et technique, et proposer des solutions innovantes • Rédiger et valider les spécifications techniques et fonctionnelles • Garantir la qualité, la performance et la sécurité des applications développées • Assurer une veille technologique pour intégrer les meilleures pratiques et les innovations • Collaborer avec les différentes parties prenantes : équipes projet, métiers, et clients

🎯 Requirements

• Expérience confirmée de 5 ans ou plus dans le développement et l’implémentation de solutions Microsoft Dynamics CRM • Maîtrise approfondie des versions récentes de Dynamics 365 et au moins un des modules associés (Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights/Marketing) • Expérience confirmée de 5 ans ou plus C#, .NET, JavaScript, et technologies associées • Expérience en intégration de systèmes et utilisation d’outils comme Power Platform, Azure Logic Apps, et autres services cloud Microsoft • Leadership avéré et capacité à encadrer et motiver une équipe technique • Capacité à comprendre les besoins métiers et à les traduire en solutions techniques • Une certification fonctionnelle ou technique Microsoft Dynamics 365 (MB-210, MB-230, PL-400, PL-600 ) est un plus. • Toute expérience sur Azure est également un plus.
