📋 Description

• Be the primary point of contact for customer requests, representing Europe’s most fashionable tech company • Utilize phone calls, e-mails and chats in order to provide a seamless customer experience • Handle inquiries about product orders, payments and deliveries, as well as complaints – always in a professional and timely manner • Turn every customer into a happy customer!

🎯 Requirements

• You speak Danish fluently • You have strong English skills – both written and spoken • You’ve got an excellent eye for the detail • Problem-solving is your superpower • You can stay calm and professional - even when things don’t go as planned • Customer support experience is nice to have, but not a dealbreaker!
