📋 Description

• Assisting clients with travel reservations, booking modifications, and general destination information • Ensure each customer receives professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented support while promoting additional travel services, such as insurance and upgrades • Enhancing customer satisfaction and optimizing the travel experience for clients across different partner platforms

🎯 Requirements

• Fluency in Croatian (C1/native) and good command of English • Previous experience in customer service, support, hospitality, or tourism is an advantage • Strong communication and problem-solving skills • Ability to manage calls, chat, and back-office tasks • Already based in Greece (mandatory for remote roles) • Motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused
