• Handle customer inquiries through inbound calls, chat, and back-office tasks • Responsibilities may vary depending on the project but generally include customer support, issue resolution, answering questions, managing requests, and providing solutions in a professional, empathetic, and results-oriented manner.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, Support, or similar roles • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Ability to manage inbound calls, chat, and back-office channels • Fluency in Italian (native/C1) and a good level of English • Experience in international environments is an advantage • Self-motivated, adaptable, and customer-focused
