📋 Description

• Search for potential candidates on BizReach based on specific criteria provided by the hiring manager • Send scouting messages to identified candidates using pre-approved Japanese templates • Maintain a basic log of messages sent and responses received • Coordinate and provide updates to the hiring manager in English

🎯 Requirements

• Japanese: Ability to read and navigate Japanese websites/platforms (Intermediate level) • English: Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with the team • Comfortable learning and navigating recruitment platforms • Experience in Administrative support, Sales support, or similar roles is preferred • High attention to detail, reliable, and able to work independently.
