📋 Description

• Overseeing daily business operations and optimizing processes. • Improving efficiency and ensuring operational excellence across departments. • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows. • Monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs). • Implementing process improvements and ensuring business objectives are achieved in a fast-paced remote environment. • Analyzing KPIs and implementing data-driven solutions to enhance operational success.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience as an Operations Manager, Business Operations Manager, Operations Supervisor, or a similar leadership role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven experience managing day-to-day business operations and cross-functional teams. • Strong leadership, organizational, and project management skills. • Experience developing, implementing, and improving operational processes and workflows. • Ability to analyze KPIs, identify areas for improvement, and implement data-driven solutions. • Experience using project management and productivity tools such as Asana, Monday.com, Jira, ClickUp, or similar. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and reporting tools. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities. • Ability to prioritize multiple projects and work independently in a remote environment. • Experience working in a fast-paced, international, or high-growth organization is a plus.
