📋 Description

• You will contribute to exciting projects in the field of payroll. • You will work closely with different departments to develop innovative solutions and improve processes, with the opportunity to support top SMEs or the next unicorn. • You will advise our clients on all matters related to payroll and act as their professional point of contact. • You will explain complex topics clearly and help develop tailored solutions. • You will actively participate in the implementation of new HR software solutions to continuously increase the efficiency of our payroll processes. • You will analyze and optimize existing workflows to save time and resources. • You will take responsibility for independently executing payroll for a defined group of employees. • You will ensure correct and timely payroll processing in compliance with all applicable tax, social security, and employment law regulations. • You will be the first point of contact for employees with questions about payroll, wage tax, and social security. • You will handle payroll queries and coordinate these with internal departments such as HR and accounting.

🎯 Requirements

• You have completed commercial training or hold an equivalent qualification. • You have professional experience in independently processing payroll. • You have in-depth knowledge of German wage tax and social security law. • You have experience working with payroll systems, ideally SAP. • You work independently, accurately, and reliably. • You demonstrate teamwork, flexibility, and perseverance. • You have good written and spoken German language skills. • Ideally, you also speak English.
