• Du kontaktierst Interessierte (telefonisch/digital), klärst erste Fragen und prüfst, ob unser Angebot zu ihren Zielen passt. • Du bewertest anhand klarer Kriterien, ob Bewerber:innen die Voraussetzungen für unsere Kurse und Förderungen (z. B. Bildungsgutschein) erfüllen. • Du begleitest den Prozess von der ersten Anfrage bis zur Übergabe an unsere Senior-Berater:innen. • Du pflegst unser CRM-System und lernst, wie man digitale Sales-Pipelines sauber hält. • Du unterstützt das Team bei administrativen Aufgaben, der Kommunikation mit Arbeitsagenturen oder der Recherche neuer Vertriebspotenziale.
• Du bist als ordentliche:r Student:in an einer Hochschule eingeschrieben • Kommunikationsfreude: Du hast Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen, keine Scheu vor dem Telefonhörer und kannst dich empathisch auf unterschiedliche Gesprächspartner:innen einstellen. • Digitale Affinität: Du fühlst dich in der digitalen Welt zu Hause. • Arbeitsweise: Du arbeitest strukturiert, zuverlässig und eigenständig. • Sprache: Du sprichst und schreibst Deutsch auf exzellentem Niveau (C2/Muttersprache).
