📋 Description
• Supporting participants in their day-to-day learning • Guiding participants through their learning process • Explaining and providing assistance with subject-specific content • Supporting the teaching team with feedback • Assisting with daily operational tasks
🎯 Requirements
• Current enrollment in a degree program in Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, Business Law, or a related field • Initial exposure to payroll, payroll accounting, or HR administration is an advantage • Good basic understanding of, or a strong interest in, payroll-relevant topics such as income tax, social security, and HR administrative processes • Ability to explain material clearly and to patiently engage with people of varying backgrounds • Confident and friendly communication in German
