📋 Description

• Design and implement enterprise content management solutions using Hyland OnBase, Perceptive Content, and ImageNow. • Develop ECM strategies, governance frameworks, and content lifecycle management processes. • Install, configure, and administer Hyland platforms. • Perform system upgrades, migrations, and platform optimization. • Build and support business workflows, automate various processes (Accounts Payable, Human Resources, etc.). • Integrate Hyland solutions with various platforms (e.g., Ellucian Banner, Workday, Salesforce). • Lead migrations from legacy ECM systems and validate data quality. • Troubleshoot system issues and performance bottlenecks while mentoring junior administrators and developers.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Hyland ECM solutions. • 3+ years administering Perceptive Content / ImageNow environments. • Experience implementing enterprise workflow solutions. • Experience with document imaging and capture technologies. • Experience supporting mission-critical production environments. • Technical Skills: • Hyland OnBase • Perceptive Content • ImageNow • Brainware (preferred) • Hyland Integration APIs • Workflow Designer • Forms and Capture Solutions • Database Technologies: • Microsoft SQL Server • Oracle Database • Database performance tuning • Query optimization • Development: • SQL • C# • .NET • PowerShell • JavaScript • REST API Development • XML / JSON • Infrastructure: • Windows Server Administration • IIS • Active Directory • LDAP Authentication • Azure or AWS cloud environments • Preferred Qualifications: • Experience in Higher Education institutions. • Experience integrating with: • Banner • Colleague • Slate • PowerFAIDS • Workday • Experience with cloud migration projects. • Experience with digital transformation initiatives. • Project management experience in enterprise software deployments. • Certifications (Preferred): • Hyland Certifications • Hyland OnBase Certified Professional • Hyland Perceptive Content Certifications • Microsoft SQL Certifications • Azure Certifications • Strong client-facing communication skills. • Business process analysis expertise. • Requirements gathering and documentation. • Executive presentation skills. • Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
