📋 Description

• Own call quality holistically from end to end • Balance daily call-quality operations with long-term analysis and structured experiments • Manage and continuously refine zones, dialing codes, and call origins across 900 zones • Update routing several times a day, including immediate fixes and longer-running supplier tests • Partner with supplier account management on supplier accounts and deal creation • Collaborate with hourly monitoring and support escalation functions • Work on automating routing processes • Partner with Product and CRM to improve the end-user experience • Move routing and pricing toward semi-automated processes • Build audit trails and maintain clean, repeatable routing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Hands-on experience with international A-Z calling and telco routing, including zones, codes, LCR, and SIP response codes • Experience at a telco, carrier, or communications platform with real cross-border calling experience • NOC or technical support background • Comfortable troubleshooting live voice traffic • Ability to read call detail records and quality metrics such as ASR and ACD • Exposure to a routing/testing platform such as iTest or an equivalent tool • Familiarity with Digitalk Cloud Carrier (DCC) is a plus • Technical literacy in SIP signalling and SBC concepts is nice to have • Process-driven, meticulous, methodical, and analytical approach • Hands-on ability to perform routing work day to day • Strong communication skills with Product, Marketing, and supplier NOC teams • Ability to take ownership and resolve bottlenecks independently • Commercial understanding of the financial and user-trust impact of dropped calls and poor routing
