📋 Description

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews for senior-level AngularJS development positions. • Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions. • Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams to understand role requirements. • Provide detailed feedback and recommendations to the hiring team. • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AngularJS technologies and practices. • Facilitate in-depth technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates’ skills. • Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers.

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in frontend development roles, with at least 5 years specializing in AngularJS development. • Deep understanding of AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3. • Experience with state management libraries (e.g., ngRx). • Familiarity with build tools and package managers (e.g., Webpack, Gulp, npm, yarn). • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problem-solving abilities. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews. • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest AngularJS development trends and best practices. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
