📋 Description

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level React Native development positions • Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions • Collaborate closely with HR and development teams • Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in React Native technologies • Facilitate in-depth technical workshops or discussions • Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in mobile development roles • 5 years specializing in React Native development • Deep understanding of React Native, JavaScript, TypeScript, and mobile app development lifecycle • Experience with integrating React Native applications with backend services and APIs • Familiarity with mobile UI/UX design principles and Apple’s Human Interface Guidelines as well as Google’s Material Design • Strong analytical skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest React Native development trends and best practices • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
