📋 Description

• Design and conduct comprehensive technical interviews and assessments for senior-level Spring and Java development positions, ensuring a thorough evaluation of candidates technical skills, experience, and cultural fit • Develop and continuously update advanced assessment criteria and interview questions to reflect the latest Spring and Java development trends, tools, and best practices • Collaborate closely with the HR and development teams to understand complex role requirements, desired skills, and team dynamics, tailoring assessments accordingly • Provide detailed, actionable feedback and recommendations to the hiring team, playing a key role in informing hiring decisions • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in Spring and Java technologies, tools, and practices, ensuring that assessments remain current and relevant • Facilitate in-depth technical workshops or discussions to evaluate candidates’ hands-on skills in a collaborative environment • Mentor and train junior technical assessors/interviewers, providing guidance on best practices and interview techniques • Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the technical assessment process

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 7+ years of experience in software development roles, with at least 5 years specializing in Spring and Java development • Deep understanding of Java, Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security), and JPA/Hibernate • Experience with RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) • Familiarity with database technologies (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM frameworks • Strong analytical skills and the ability to evaluate complex technical skills and problem-solving abilities • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to provide constructive feedback and mentor others • Extensive experience designing advanced technical assessments and conducting technical interviews • Up-to-date knowledge of the latest Spring and Java development trends and best practices • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
