📋 Description

• Shape strategy for infrastructure and the product roadmap • Work closely with the local NIRA Engineering team and broader APAC Engineering team to increase platform scale • Expand the platform to support multiple financial products and underlying instruments • Drive iterations on credit policy and improve credit decision systems • Collaborate with product, credit/finance, compliance, support, and analytics teams

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience • Strong experience using Java; .NET experience is ideal • Demonstrated experience working in AWS-native environments • Experience using DynamoDB, Athena, and Lambda • Experience with scaled technical solutions and increasing platform scalability • Clear communication and ability to articulate technical solutions • Ability to collaborate with colleagues globally • Product Engineer mentality and ownership of solutions from start to finish
