📋 Description

• Contribute to the design and development of backend systems and APIs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements • Participate in architectural discussions and decisions • Provide technical guidance to junior and mid-level developers • Perform code reviews to maintain code quality • Identify and address performance bottlenecks and security vulnerabilities • Collaborate with DevOps to optimize deployment processes • Stay updated with industry trends and evaluate impact on systems

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in backend development • Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, and Microservices architecture • Solid understanding of financial domain concepts • Proficiency in PostgreSQL and MongoDB • Familiarity with messaging systems and caching tools • Experience with cloud platforms and containerization • Previous experience in a regulated financial environment
