📋 Description

• Evaluate performance, forecast trends, and improve decision-making using financial data. • Prepare monthly/quarterly financial analysis packets for management • Conduct industry research, identify growth opportunities, and contribute to strategic plans. • Set goals, analyze data, and provide insights for business improvements. • Build complex financial models for planning and analysis purposes. • Collaborate to identify process improvements and implement best practices. • Communicate complex financial and strategic information through reports and presentations. • Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives and business plans to drive profitability and growth. • Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the effectiveness of strategic initiatives. • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices in startup finance.

🎯 Requirements

• Pursuing Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field • Prior understanding in Finance, Strategy, Consulting • Work with deadlines and present complex information. • Proficient in Google Docs and Google Sheets is advantageous • Strong in numbers and proficient in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint • Analytical, meticulous with a positive attitude to learn fast and work hard - high bias for action and a strong sense of ownership. • Good team player and able to work with minimal supervision • Fluent in English
