📋 Description

• Run an operations team within the HR function and ensure all targets are met. • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. • Coordinate with the management to oversee the activities of Engagement, Talent Acquisition, and Talent Management interns. • Ensure all HR records are maintained in our system. • Prioritize and delegate work to the team of interns and deliver quality work. • Set up the performance review process, gauging performance and reporting teams’ performance to management. • Ensure all team members’ compliance with organizational policy and procedures. • As your role evolves your responsibilities will change / modify / grow.

🎯 Requirements

• We prioritise skills over traditional degrees. • Any training/ certifications/ projects undertaken/ past internships that demonstrate the basic to intermediate understanding of the HR domain are desirable. • MS Office. • Familiarity with ATS and resume databases. • Excellent communication (Verbal & written), interpersonal and leadership skills. • Ability to work with tight deadlines and deliver in time. • You will be expected to present proof of your qualifications and work experience.
