• Engineer efficient process and SOPs for the company. • Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Facilitate process improvement workshops and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful implementation of process improvements. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and data to facilitate process analysis. • Design, Document existing process and implement improved business processes. • Monitor and measure process performance and identify areas for further improvement. • Develop and maintain process documentation, guidelines, and standards. • Develop and manage process mapping and process analysis tools. • Train process stakeholders and update training materials as needed. • Identify and address risks, issues, and dependencies related to process activities.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Process Management, or a related field. • Proficient in process mapping and analysis tools, such as Miro or Vision. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. • Experience with Lean or Six Sigma methodologies preferred. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work collaboratively and independently. • Strong project management and organizational skills.
