• Develop project scope and objectives • Assist with data collection, analysis, and preparing strategic reports • Coordinate and communicate with departments regarding tasks and processes • Implement and improve the project management mechanism • Create and review workflows to drive effectiveness • Assist in resource allocation and budgeting • Identify, analyse, evaluate and mitigate risk throughout the project lifecycle • Clearly assign the roles and responsibilities to the staff members • Obtain weekly project status from all team members • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques • Monitor project progress and help with adjustments
• Years of Relevant Experience - relevant experience managing Digital / IT Projects. • Education & Work experience - We prioritize skills over degrees but Bachelor's/Master’s degree/ diploma/ certification in Business, Digital Marketing, Computer Science, or other relevant fields is a plus. • Software and Applications - Tech-savvy with good MS Office knowledge and strong experience with project management software. • Qualities & Capabilities - Excellent communication (verbal & written), interpersonal and consulting skills • Excellent organization and time management skills • Ability to meet targets and deadlines. • Quick thinking, and problem-solving skills • Detail-oriented • Budget management • Confident, pleasant personality, ambitious, self-motivated.
