📋 Description

• Apply content policies to digital content and execute handling procedures consistently • Monitor reports of abuse on social media platforms • Identify subtle differences in the meaning of digital communication • Enforce the client’s terms of use and content policies • Participate in employee assistance programs, program reporting initiatives, training, counseling sessions, and wellness groups • Escalate changes that may impact performance or maintain required KPIs • Review videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles on a computer • Score content for age appropriateness, violence, sexual content, and political transparency • Maintain security, confidentiality, and compliance with project requirements • Support safe, engaging, and appropriate online experiences for people and businesses • May be reassigned to other TaskUs projects based on staffing needs, performance, and other considerations

🎯 Requirements

• At least one year prior operations experience in shared services or a customer experience environment • At least a high school diploma or equivalent • Fluency in English and Portuguese; must be able to read and speak both languages • Strong interpersonal skills • Verbal and written communication skills • Empathy • High affinity and cultural awareness of political and social situations regarding the relevant market and region • Ability to handle potentially disturbing and graphic content, including child exploitation and abuse, animal torture, gang violence, murder, and hate speech • Ability to adhere to security measures, confidentiality, and project requirements
