📋 Description

• Lead a techno-functional team delivering SaaS and customer solutions to business users • Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop and continuously improve processes aligned with long-term business strategies and high-growth plans • Negotiate and prioritize short-term and long-term delivery roadmaps • Contribute to overall departmental activities and execution • Lead the team in working with global business leaders and senior leadership to deliver business value through software solutions • Provide team leadership, direction, career development, and skills development • Measure team success using key performance measures • Deliver a portfolio of transactional workflow solutions, process improvement, integration, and automation for finance, planning, accounting, reporting, revenue, expense, and related areas • Identify business improvement opportunities and deliver applications to meet business needs • Oversee application configuration and implementation • Partner with business leaders to define, manage, and deliver technology projects improving business process capabilities • Evaluate commercial and custom solutions • Define and de-risk projects through experienced planning for business application projects • Balance sustaining support, enhancements, and large transformation projects across scope, time, cost, quality, resources, and risk • Provide feedback and assessment of project status and issues to managers and executives • Identify additional areas for improvement

🎯 Requirements

• 12+ years delivering and managing teams in the delivery of software applications and automation • Minimum 5 years providing technical support for HR and Recruiting functions in a global environment with staff in excess of 25,000 employees • Minimum 3 years managing teams in the delivery of Workday and integrated HR platforms • Experience with Workday HCM and Workday Recruiting • Experience integrating payroll, benefits, background check, and other vendor providers • Experience managing application service delivery and user support for applications • Experience establishing priorities and schedules for business application projects • Experience with system and organizational planning for business and service continuity • Experience directing and measuring teams in service excellence • Experience documenting and maintaining business process documentation, configuration guides, support knowledge bases, and user job aids • Extensive requirements-gathering experience for multiple business functions • Experience advising and applying AI and automation for business processing and workflow automation • Workato preferred • Experience influencing IT and business executive management • Experience in resource and budget planning, forecasting, and expense management • Recruiting Automation experience required • TalkPush and Harver preferred integrated platforms • Senior-level technical expertise and/or architecture experience preferred • Knowledge of project management practices preferred • High level of personal stamina • Pragmatic and results-oriented approach • Emotional intelligence for high-pressure timelines, global demands, and changing priorities • Ability to use KPIs and research to inform performance measurement and decisions • Ability to influence business partners, IT collaborators, and teams toward timely, budget-compliant transformation projects • Willingness to work hands-on when needed • Personal discipline in a high-paced global business environment • Creativity and strategic thinking • Ability to express viewpoints and provide ongoing feedback and assessment to managers and executives
