📋 Description

• Coordinate, administer, and complete background checks, pre-employment medical requirements, job offers, and hiring/contracting activity across multiple clients within required SLAs • Engage directly with candidates throughout the onboarding journey using multiple channels • Communicate job offers correctly and support candidates with hiring and onboarding in the ATS • Ensure timely return of required documentation and information • Provide advice and guidance on identification, right-to-work, and payroll documentation requirements • Identify process optimization opportunities and implement strategies to improve onboarding efficiency and effectiveness • Review and refine recruitment workflows, tools, and technologies • Administer and maintain the ATS, including accurate data entry, system updates, and data privacy compliance • Train and support recruiters and hiring managers in effective ATS usage • Develop and maintain recruitment metrics and analytics reports • Analyze trends and provide actionable insights to stakeholders using data-driven approaches • Coordinate relationships with payroll, background check, relocation, and other talent acquisition service vendors • Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, company policies, and talent acquisition best practices • Support creation of training materials, workshops, and resources for recruiters, hiring managers, and stakeholders • Provide ongoing process support and guidance • Participate in process improvement and automation projects • Support collation and presentation of information and documentation for internal, client, or regulatory audits

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Recruitment Operations, HR Operations, or a similar role • Proven experience of onboarding, including management of hiring/contract activity, essential onboarding documentation, and background checks • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, volume-based, dynamic environment • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) • Proficiency in utilizing HR software and reporting tools • Experience utilizing spreadsheets to track activity • Strong communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving abilities • Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and compliance best practices • Experience with process improvement methodologies • Commitment to continuous improvement
