📋 Description

• Develop, test, and implement high-quality software across frontend and backend components • Build responsive, accessible, and maintainable user interfaces using modern frontend frameworks • Develop reliable backend services and APIs • Translate business and UX requirements into scalable end-to-end solutions, from database to user interface • Design and implement reusable components, software architecture, and design patterns • Integrate frontend applications with backend services • Optimize performance, responsiveness, cross-browser compatibility, and system reliability • Analyze requirements, provide engineering estimates, diagnose software defects, and implement solutions • Conduct code reviews and write comprehensive automated tests • Ensure adherence to software engineering standards and best practices • Collaborate with designers, product managers, QA, and other engineers • Apply prompt engineering and context management techniques • Participate in evaluation loops for AI output quality • Build AI-assisted engineering workflows, including automated code reviews, documentation generation, and development automation • Evaluate cost, latency, and reliability trade-offs for AI-enabled solutions • Own feature quality end-to-end using automated testing and QE-built tools before merge

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with TypeScript and React, including hooks, Context API, and component composition • Solid experience with Java/Spring backend frameworks • Experience with relational databases such as MySQL • Experience designing REST APIs • Commitment to automated testing and ability to write unit and integration tests • Familiarity with GraphQL and Apollo Client • Familiarity with Spring Security • Familiarity with OAuth2/OIDC protocols • Ability to evaluate design patterns, trade-offs, and architectural structures for system reliability • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience • Typically 3+ years of relevant full-stack software development experience • Interest in learning, experimenting, and growing in an AI-driven environment
