📋 Description

• Call all clients booked in for the day, to ensure they are still on for their clean • Contact cleaners to ensure they are aware of their schedule for the day • Log into the systems at the beginning of the day • Respond to leads and follow up with potentials • Call one-time cleans customers to convert them to maintenance cleans • Ensure consistent info is sent to customers and emails are sent out

🎯 Requirements

• Interact by answering phone calls promptly • Responding to emails within 24 hours • Reach out and follow up with all lead generation channels • Managing social media channels - IG and FB • Good with Written & Verbal Communication Skills • Excellent interpersonal skills and customer focused • Must be organized and resourceful
