📋 Description

• Generate and follow up on potential booking leads • Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries • Promote the property through approved online channels • Provide accurate information about the property, rates, and amenities • Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings • Keep records of leads and successful bookings • Provide regular updates on sales activities and performance • Generate leads and convert guest inquiries into confirmed bookings for Upani Diani, an Airbnb accommodation

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, hospitality, customer service, or online marketing is an advantage • Excellent communication and customer service skills • Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills • Ability to work independently and meet targets • Familiarity with online platforms and social media • Reliable internet connection and access to a smartphone or computer • Professional, self-motivated, and results-driven • Complete the required Gorilla assessment/test • Submit the application through GoHire • Send a CV to [email protected] • Confirm by email that the Gorilla assessment/test has been completed
