📋 Description

• Deliver implementation packages on time and within budget across the full lifecycle from requirements gathering through deployment and post-go-live support • Influence the ongoing design and management of TD SYNNEX ERP, SAP, and application systems • Manage sub-projects delivering ERP, SAP, and application solutions • Translate SAP requirements into functional specifications for reports, interfaces, data conversions, enhancements, forms, and workflows • Recommend, design, develop, and implement business processes and systems involving third-party technologies • Act as liaison between the Technology Department and business units • Maintain communication lines to monitor and improve business-unit satisfaction with Technology • Participate in root-cause analysis and determine actions to improve productivity • Develop, design, implement, and support business processes in an SAP environment • Design, build, test, and deploy SAP FICO technical solutions, emphasizing RICEF development • Build and maintain client relationships and communicate value propositions • Manage resource requirements, project workflow, budgets, billing, and collections • Prepare and coordinate complex written and verbal materials • Provide technical solutions for business requirements using standard SAP methods • Advise users and associates on SAP module capabilities and the technical environment • Configure and support SAP modules and customize SAP systems in relevant functional areas • Resolve SAP module-specific problems for internal customers • Provide functional descriptions and business-process support to development teams • Generate user-acceptance-test runs and assist users with testing • Develop and facilitate user training for new or modified systems • Coach and assist the training department • Create standard business documentation for new developments • Support objectives and tasks of other IT organizations • Provide input to the planning process • Perform additional assigned duties and meet attendance and punctuality standards

🎯 Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of relevant work experience • Bachelor's Degree with computer science/economics field of study required • SAP certifications in the relevant area • Occasional non-standard work hours or overtime as business requires • On-call availability required as necessary • Some travel required • Ability to communicate clearly and convey necessary information • Ability to converse and write effectively in English and Spanish • Ability to create and conduct formal presentations • Ability to interact effectively with all levels of management • Ability to negotiate skillfully, promote/sell ideas persuasively, and close transactions with mutually beneficial results • Strong multicultural interpersonal skills • Strong organizational and time management skills • Ability to work under stress and pressure with high workloads and deadlines • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Ability to build effective working relationships • Ability to quickly learn new systems and technology • Ability to use relevant computer system applications at basic, intermediate, and advanced levels • Ability to use a 10-key quickly and accurately • Basic clerical, data entry, and mathematical calculation skills • Ability to recognize and attend to important details accurately and efficiently • Ability to maintain social, ethical, and organizational standards
