📋 Description

• Administer and support database environments including AWS Redshift and other relational database platforms • Design, optimize, and maintain database structures, data pipelines, and ETL/ELT processes • Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions • Support Power BI, Tableau, and enterprise reporting platforms • Lead data migration and modernization initiatives, including transitions from legacy reporting environments to cloud-based platforms and AI • Develop and maintain data models, governance standards, and best practices • Ensure data integrity, security, performance, and availability across data models • Collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Product Management, Engineering, and TEIS • Drive continuous improvement in automation, reporting efficiency, and data quality • Mentor team members and provide technical leadership for database and analytics initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field • Significant experience in data management • Strong SQL development and performance tuning experience • Experience with cloud data platforms and data warehousing concepts • Experience with Power BI and Tableau • Strong understanding of ETL/ELT design and data integration techniques • Experience with data governance, security, and compliance practices • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills • Preferred: Experience with AWS, Databricks, Redshift, Denodo, SAP, Oracle, or related enterprise platforms • Preferred: Experience with Alteryx • Preferred: Knowledge of data engineering and cloud architecture best practices • Preferred: Experience leading data modernization or reporting transformation initiatives
