📋 Description

• Develop into a specialist for our ProStore® system installations and know the modules and processes inside out • Advise our customers on application issues, find pragmatic solutions, and ensure first-class IT support • Maintain and configure our ProStore® modules, analyze system performance, and optimize workflows • Support ProStore® deployments and actively contribute your knowledge to the team • Handle requests at 2nd level support and work closely with colleagues and other departments

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science or an equivalent qualification through relevant work experience • Team player: You enjoy collaborating with others and thrive on solving complex tasks • Customer focus: You are service-oriented and enjoy helping others • Language skills: You are proficient in German and English, both written and spoken • Ideally, you have experience with SQL, Oracle PL/SQL or Java
