📋 Description

• Lead complex client projects and align requirements, architecture, and implementation • Coordinate collaboration with nearshore teams and establish clear responsibilities • Translate client requirements into technical solutions • Ensure a smooth flow of information between the client, onshore consulting, and nearshore teams • Facilitate architecture decisions and ensure scalable, sustainable solutions that align with the existing SAP landscape • Take ownership of technical or organizational roadblocks • Develop pragmatic solutions and bring relevant stakeholders together • Establish best practices for collaboration with nearshore teams • Further develop delivery and architecture capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience as a Senior Consultant, Lead Consultant, Solution Architect, Enterprise Architect, or in a comparable role within complex SAP projects • Strong technical understanding and the ability to assess and clearly communicate architectures and complex technical concepts • Experience providing functional leadership and directing developers, consultants, or architects, ideally in nearshore teams • Experience aligning diverse stakeholders—from technical experts to management—around shared solutions and project objectives • Excellent communication and facilitation skills • A high degree of ownership, decision-making ability, and solution-oriented thinking • Excellent German and English language skills • Willingness to travel as required by the project
