📋 Description

• Lead the end-to-end design process from discovery and research through high-fidelity design and delivery • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate solutions, and continuously improve the platform • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to experiment, innovate, and iterate quickly in an agile environment • Champion the customer voice in every decision, turning insight into shared team understanding • Create journey maps, user flows, information architecture, and interactive prototypes that inform product decisions • Balance user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to deliver products that drive satisfaction and growth • Identify and prioritize UX improvements across the platform and contribute to the evolving design system • Ensure accessibility, usability, and desirability across platform experiences • Track product performance through analytics and user feedback, and iterate against it • Partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to shape strategy, roadmap, and delivery

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, ideally in B2B SaaS or growth-stage companies • A portfolio that shows your process and reasoning, not just finished screens • Strong UI craft with a passion for accessible, functional interfaces • Experience designing complex workflows for web, mobile, or native applications • A strong product lens — the ability to understand customer needs and motivations and translate them into product opportunities • Ability to think holistically about end-to-end experiences and articulate trade-offs within a broader ecosystem • Comfortable working with ambiguity in fast-moving, undefined projects • Ability to articulate ideas clearly, reason through decisions, and use storytelling to influence stakeholders • Familiarity with agile delivery • Familiarity with Figma, Miro, Jira, and Confluence
