📋 Description

• Maintain customer master data across ERP and business systems • Create, update, validate, and inactivate customer records according to company policies • Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems and regions • Perform regular data quality reviews and identify data-cleansing opportunities • Support customer onboarding and verify required documentation • Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Customer Service, Credit, Tax, Compliance, and IT teams to resolve data issues • Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and data governance standards • Analyze master data trends and recommend process improvements • Support system implementations, integrations, migrations, and testing related to customer data • Contribute to master data procedures, work instructions, and training materials • Monitor and resolve master data tickets within agreed SLAs

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Professional, courteous, and tactful approach • Ability to work effectively in a global corporate environment • Advanced English proficiency • Additional languages are an advantage • Proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn and develop new skills
