📋 Description

• Assume functional ownership of data for the LOG/SUP, PTP, OTC, and RTR workstreams throughout the SAP S/4HANA migration project • Identify and validate the master and transactional data objects to be migrated • Define quality criteria, business rules, and requirements for data preparation, transformation, and loading • Support data mapping between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA • Coordinate data extraction, cleansing, enrichment, and validation activities • Identify inconsistencies, duplicates, and gaps, and track the implementation of remediation plans • Validate files, templates, and transformation rules used in migration processes • Participate in Mock Load cycles, integrated testing, and functional validations • Reconcile data between source systems and SAP S/4HANA • Lead the functional sign-off of data and results for each migration cycle • Monitor quality metrics, risks, deadlines, and open items related to the migration • Collaborate with business teams, SAP consultants, and technical Data Migration specialists • Support cutover planning and execution, as well as go-live activities • Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy policies • Document business rules, decisions, exceptions, validations, and approvals throughout the project

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in SAP implementation or data migration projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA • Broad functional knowledge of the LOG/SUP, PTP, OTC, and RTR workstreams, with an integrated view of business processes • Experience managing, analyzing, and validating master and transactional data • Experience with Data Mapping, Data Cleansing, data validation, reconciliation, and functional sign-off • Participation in load cycles, Mock Loads, integrated testing, cutover, and go-live • Ability to analyze large volumes of data, identify inconsistencies, and propose corrective actions • Advanced Excel skills for data analysis, verification, and reconciliation • Experience working with technical, functional, and business teams • Strong organizational skills, autonomy, accountability, and the ability to manage deadlines, risks, and open items • Availability to work during critical project periods, especially testing, loading, and cutover activities • Advanced English, with the ability to participate in meetings, discuss business processes, present results, and collaborate with international teams • Knowledge of material, plant, storage location, unit of measure, and logistics structure master data • Experience with inventory, material movements, batches, and serial numbers • Knowledge of receiving, warehousing, movement, inventory, and shipping processes • Knowledge of vendor, Business Partner, and purchasing master data • Experience with contracts, purchase orders, purchasing info records, source lists, and payment terms • Knowledge of procurement, material and service receipt, tax, and accounts payable processes • Experience with integrations between SAP MM and FI • Knowledge of customer, Business Partner, and sales master data • Experience with pricing conditions, contracts, sales orders, deliveries, and billing • Knowledge of sales, logistics, credit, and accounts receivable processes • Experience with integrations between SAP SD and FI • Knowledge of charts of accounts, cost centers, profit centers, and financial structures • Experience with fixed assets, accounting balances, open items, and historical data • Knowledge of general ledger accounting, closing, consolidation, and financial reporting processes • Experience reconciling financial data between legacy systems and SAP S/4HANA • Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit, SAP Data Services (BODS), or equivalent migration tools is a plus • Knowledge of data governance, quality, and data lifecycle management is a plus • Experience with SAP Master Data Governance (MDG) is a plus • Knowledge of Jira, Azure DevOps, or ServiceNow is a plus • Experience in global SAP implementation or migration projects is a plus • Previous experience as a Data Owner, Data Steward, Data Lead, or functional owner responsible for data migration is a plus
