📋 Description

• Develop and maintain data engineering pipelines in Azure and Databricks • Gather and analyze business requirements with the organization’s business units • Propose technical data solutions aligned with operational and strategic needs • Perform testing and validation of data pipelines and systems • Monitor the performance of cloud-based big data systems and identify optimization opportunities • Support data quality, security, privacy, and governance practices • Participate in corporate data solution migration and implementation projects • Create and maintain technical documentation for pipelines, processes, and solutions • Troubleshoot and support the resolution of technical issues • Support less experienced professionals and other departments with data engineering matters • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to present solutions, clarify requirements, and track projects

🎯 Requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in the field • Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT tools and data pipelines • Experience with cloud platforms, preferably Azure • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and PySpark • Knowledge of Microsoft Azure (Data Factory, Databricks, Data Lake) • Experience developing and maintaining data pipelines • Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases • Understanding of big data and distributed processing fundamentals • Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) • Version control using Git • Understanding of data governance concepts and Brazil’s LGPD data protection law • Business requirements gathering and analysis • Technical documentation • Clear and objective communication • Teamwork and collaboration • Results- and quality-oriented mindset • Adaptability and continuous learning • Organization and time management
