📋 Description
• Lead technical decisions for major platform capabilities and translate business needs into practical technical roadmaps. • Serve as a domain expert, defining scalable and maintainable domain boundaries and service architectures. • Design, build, and evolve backend capabilities and APIs across multiple systems and domains. • Take ownership of end-to-end product features, including scalability, reliability, and operational excellence. • Drive engineering best practices through hands-on coding, mentorship, and technical leadership. • Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful solutions. • Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Promote modern software engineering practices including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), SOLID, GRASP, and API-first architecture.
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience delivering large-scale, customer-facing software products. • Strong expertise in backend services, distributed systems, and application/data integration. • Hands-on experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) and API-first principles within multi-tenant platforms. • Strong full-stack engineering background with deep understanding of software design patterns and best practices. • Proficiency in TypeScript and Node.js preferred, or strong experience with backend technologies such as Java, .NET/C#, Kotlin, Python, or Go. • Ability to translate product requirements into scalable technical designs and implementation roadmaps. • Strong ownership mindset with the ability to drive projects end-to-end.
