📋 Description

• Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions to meet client requirements • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements • Create technical design documents and present solutions to stakeholders • Configure and customize ServiceNow applications and modules • Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to ServiceNow • Provide guidance and support to junior developers and team members • Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities and make recommendations for their implementation • Ensure the security, availability, and performance of ServiceNow solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development and architecture • Strong understanding of ITIL processes and best practices • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and ITBM modules • Proficient in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies • Familiarity with REST and SOAP web services • Experience with ServiceNow scripting and customization • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills • Ability to work independently and in a team environment • Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment • Availability to work remotely and on a freelance basis
