📋 Description

• Upload, format, and publish articles, images, videos, and other digital content using CMS platforms • Coordinate and schedule content publication according to deadlines and priorities • Update, correct, and edit published content based on Editorial and internal team requests • Ensure content is properly formatted, tagged, and consistently presented across websites • Apply basic SEO practices, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, image alt text, and internal linking • Perform pre- and post-publication quality checks for formatting errors, broken links, missing images, and incorrect information • Review and correct publishing issues to maintain content accuracy and minimize revisions • Manage and prioritize publishing requests in ClickUp • Balance multiple requests and adjust priorities for urgent updates or changing deadlines • Communicate with Editorial and internal teams to clarify requests, resolve issues, and flag delays • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on content publishing workflows • Troubleshoot routine CMS and formatting issues, escalating complex problems when needed • Participate in CMS testing and provide feedback on website updates, interface changes, and publishing functionality • Identify opportunities to improve publishing accuracy, efficiency, and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience working with content management systems (CMS), such as WordPress or headless CMS platforms • Experience uploading, formatting, publishing, or maintaining digital content • Familiarity with basic SEO practices, including metadata, headings, image alt text, and internal linking • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to perform repetitive, detail-oriented tasks while maintaining consistent quality and productivity • Ability to troubleshoot routine content or CMS issues, follow established processes, and escalate concerns appropriately • Willingness to learn new CMS platforms, receive feedback, and adapt to changing workflows and priorities • Familiarity with ClickUp or similar task management tools is a plus • Must have a working laptop/PC, internet, and a backup connection • Agile professional who excels in a fast-paced environment and thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward • Must be currently authorized to work in the Philippines at hire and maintain work authorization throughout employment • Pre-employment screening required
