📋 Description
• Partner with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into a clear solution vision and high-level architecture. • Lead design, implementation, and integration activities within large, complex agile programs. • Manage and coordinate globally distributed teams, including development, integration, and QA resources. • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery to ensure project objectives are met. • Provide guidance on best practices for leveraging Digital Experience Platforms. • Apply strong program and project management expertise across multiple delivery methodologies. • Take full accountability for solution delivery, including scope, timeline, and quality. • Proactively identify risks and issues, escalating and resolving them in collaboration with leadership.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in Project Management • Strong experience managing digital or interactive projects in an agile environment • Deep understanding of Digital Experience Platforms and enterprise-scale implementations • Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed teams • Expertise in program management and various delivery methodologies • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills • Ability to anticipate challenges and drive solutions in complex delivery environments.
