📋 Description

• Remote and onsite user support and assistance • Daily systems maintenance and performance checks • Backup checks and remediation • Desktop device installation, configuration and support • Liaison with 3rd party vendors • Travelling to client sites to provide technical assistance

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support role • Strong knowledge of Microsoft operating systems, and applications, networking, general software and hardware, and Active Directory • Installation and configuration of PCs, thin clients, servers and network equipment • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • A strong customer focused approach • A strong work ethic • A great team player • A positive "can do" attitude • Diploma or higher level study in ICT recommended.
