📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for front-end/mobile engineering • Lead teams and conduct code reviews • Mentor engineers and provide technical ownership • Manage stakeholders • Drive release delivery • Support debugging, performance optimization, root-cause analysis, and production issues

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of overall software development experience • Strong hands-on React Native/mobile engineering experience • Strong JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, and React Navigation skills • Native Android integration experience using Java/Kotlin • Native iOS integration experience using Swift/Objective-C • Experience with REST APIs, GraphQL, OAuth, and JWT • Experience with Azure DevOps/Jenkins and CI/CD • Experience with Firebase, Crashlytics, AppsFlyer, push notifications, and deep linking • Knowledge of mobile security, including OWASP, SSL/certificate pinning, and secure storage • Strong debugging, performance optimization, RCA, and production support experience • Experience as a Technical Lead, Lead Engineer, or Senior Mobile Engineer • Experience in team leadership, code reviews, mentoring, technical ownership, stakeholder management, and release delivery • Strong Banking/FinTech/Digital Banking experience • Experience preferably covering customer onboarding, KYC/eKYC, payments/transfers, cards and mobile banking, OCR/document verification, face recognition/liveness, and biometric authentication
