📋 Description

• Handle day-to-day operations for clients (transaction entry, invoicing, bill payments, payroll preparation, journal entries, reconciliations). • Organize daily tasks in Karbon, the practice management system. • Interact with clients from time to time, answering specific questions or politely seeking information. • Ask questions of the team when uncertain about tasks.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of full-charge bookkeeping experience in a multi-client environment with US-based clients, preferably at a CPA or CAS firm. • College degree required. • Experience with day-to-day transactional coding, reconciling, AP processing, AR, payroll processing, month-end close, accrual journal entries, financial reporting. • 2+ years in QBO, Bill.com or Ramp, Gusto, or other payroll software, and other cloud accounting technologies. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills with both clients and team members across digital channels. • Humility and openness to coaching and constructive feedback; always seeking to improve. • Keen attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy, integrity, and dependability.
