• Solution Architecture: Design scalable, high-performance Salesforce solutions with emphasis on PSA and services automation. • Platform Strategy: Provide thought leadership on integrating Salesforce core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience, and Revenue) with PSA solutions. • Implementation Leadership: Partner with business stakeholders, technical teams, and delivery partners to transform business requirements into effective technical solutions. • Integration Design: Architect and oversee integrations between PSA solutions, ERP systems, financial platforms, and other business applications. • Governance & Standards: Develop best practices, development standards, and architectural guidelines for Salesforce implementations. • Innovation: Assess and recommend new Salesforce features, AppExchange apps, and third-party tools that enhance services automation and operational excellence. • Mentorship: Serve as a trusted advisor to stakeholders while mentoring development teams in Salesforce architecture and delivery best practices.
• 10+ years of Salesforce experience, with at least 5 years in an architect role. • Salesforce Certified Application Architect or System Architect preferred. • PSA vendor certifications (Certinia/FinancialForce, Kantata, Kimble) preferred.
