• Analyze bid/tender documents and compile the requirements to ensure the service proposal is compliant at the time of submission • Plan the assembly of the service proposal with the responsible engineers (content, format, specific elements, production schedule, etc.) • Produce the documents required to capture text from the responsible engineers and perform grammatical and orthographic proofreading of the required documents • Research and gather relevant project summaries/case sheets for inclusion in the current proposal • Create organizational charts contained in the proposal, produce the cover page and other graphic materials included in the proposal, and obtain approval of all these documents from the project lead • Complete the final assembly of the proposal and produce the required number of copies • Ensure delivery of the proposal within the required deadlines • Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the role.
• Degree in communications, marketing, or a related field and at least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or an advertising agency • Experience collaborating with key stakeholders across all areas of a company and the ability to influence • Demonstrated passion for and deep expertise in brand development and management • Direct or client-side experience in B2B marketing (business-to-business) • Experience working in consulting, professional services, business-to-business environments, or similar business settings • Excellent command of French and English, both written and spoken • Own a computer and have a reliable internet connection for remote work • Able to work in the Montreal time zone regardless of your place of residence • Good knowledge of graphic design tools • Enjoy writing and producing polished corporate documents • Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to build strong, collaborative professional relationships at all levels of the organization
