📋 Description

• Analyze calls for tenders and compile the requirements to ensure the service proposal is compliant at the time of submission • Plan the preparation of the proposal with the responsible engineers (content, format, specific requirements, production schedule, etc.) • Produce the documents required for entering text supplied by the responsible engineers and perform grammatical and spelling proofreading of the required documents • Research and gather project briefs relevant to the current proposal • Assemble organizational charts included in the proposal, produce the cover page and other graphic materials included in the proposal, and obtain approval of all these documents from the project manager • Perform the final assembly of the proposal and produce the required number of copies • Ensure delivery of the proposal within the required deadlines • Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the role

🎯 Requirements

• You hold a degree in communications, marketing, or a related field and have at least 3 years of experience in communications, marketing, or at an advertising agency • You have previously worked in collaboration with key stakeholders across all areas of a company and have applied influence • You have demonstrated a deep passion and expertise in brand development and management • You have direct or client-side experience in B2B marketing • You have experience working in a consulting environment, professional services, B2B commerce, or a similar business context • You have excellent written and spoken French and English • Have a computer and a reliable internet connection for remote work • Be able to work in the Montreal time zone regardless of your place of residence • Have a good knowledge of graphic design tools • Enjoy writing and producing polished corporate documents • You have strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building strong, collaborative professional relationships at all levels of the organization
