• Manage the full staffing process in collaboration with hiring managers (identify needs, post positions, screen resumes, select candidates, conduct phone and virtual interviews, send pre-employment tests, and issue employment contracts) • Prioritize recruitment efforts and maintain rigorous follow-up on ongoing assignments • Follow up with candidates who were not selected regarding their applications • Maintain candidate pools and qualify candidates for future needs • Identify passive candidates on LinkedIn and generate their interest • Demonstrate expert knowledge of social media recruiting and establish a strong LinkedIn presence with active and passive candidates • Analyze candidates' skills relative to business needs • Advise and support hiring managers during interviews and candidate selection • Propose and implement talent attraction and acquisition solutions (sourcing/search strategies, external visibility, and appropriate recruitment channels) • Stay up to date with market trends (job posting practices, interview templates, psychometric tests)
• Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience • Agency recruitment experience highly preferred • Ability to work effectively in a team and strong interpersonal and communication skills • Strong ability to manage the unexpected and shifting priorities; identifies problems and seeks possible solutions • Well-organized with rigor and strong attention to detail • Initiative and the ability to anticipate next steps and actions • Excellent client service approach and thoroughness in follow-ups • Strong sense of ethics and ability to protect the confidentiality of HR information • Proficient and autonomous with Microsoft Office suite, Microsoft Teams, and LinkedIn Recruiter • Ability to manage 15 to 20 open positions depending on established recruitment priorities • Experience recruiting specialized IT and engineering roles (civil engineering, construction is an asset) • Intermediate level of English, spoken and written • Excellent spoken and written French
