📋 Description

• Manage on-field product support for customers, including OEMs, shipyards, and dealer networks • Provide field-based technical support for Raymarine, Raymarine Commercial, FLIR, Maretron, and Octoplex products • Diagnose and resolve product-related technical issues • Act as the primary technical contact for OEM boat builders, dealers, installers, and end users • Provide technical assistance and after-sales support • Collaborate with Customer Service and technical teams to resolve complex cases • Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, product demonstrations, and promotional events • Maintain strong customer relationships • Support customers across Italy, Slovenia, Croatia, Greece, and Malta

🎯 Requirements

• Technical or scientific qualification (degree or secondary school diploma) • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills • Good understanding of electrical and electronic systems • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills • Ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues • Proactive approach with strong initiative and self-motivation • Good level of English • Proficient with IT systems and standard computer applications • Previous experience supporting technical products or marine electronics (desirable) • Passion for boating and the marine industry (desirable) • Ability to travel regularly throughout Italy and occasionally to other European countries within the Mediterranean region • Applicants must be eligible to apply for and obtain the appropriate export control license from the U.S. Departments of State or Commerce
