• Support our Swiss premium client in the food industry • Provide professional customer support for various inquiries and issues • First point of contact — particularly as a coffee specialist

• Permanent full-time employment (40 hours per week) • Fixed salary of 4,000 KM gross + hot meal allowance (14.5 KM net per working day) • Transportation allowance (60 KM net) • Full-time contract from the first day of training • Paid 4-week training in our Sarajevo office — accommodation, transport and all costs covered by TP B&H • Opportunity to earn additional monthly bonuses of up to 500 KM gross • Additional pay for work on public holidays or for voluntary overtime
